Crimes against justice, related to the activities of the private bailiff

Art. 270. (Amendment. - DV, no. 92 from 2002 Mr.) (1) (Ball. - DV, no. 27 from 2009 Mr., change. - DV, no. 102 from 2009 Mr., effective from 22.12.2009 Mr., the ball. - DV, no. 41 from 2015 Mr., effective from 06.07.2015 Mr.) Who obstructs or frustrates in any way the execution of a court order or fails to comply with a Domestic Violence Protection Order or European Protection Order, shall be punished by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of up to five thousand BGN.
(2) Who, with the aim of preventing or thwarting the execution of a court decision, destroys, injuries, hiding or misappropriating property, to which this decision applies, shall be punished by imprisonment for up to three years or a fine of one thousand to ten thousand BGN, if the committed does not constitute a more serious crime.
